Smoked 1/2 Turkey Breast $67

5 BarBQ's smoked 1/2 turkey breast.  $67 each.  Avg finished weight is ~4 lbs per 1/2 breast (lobe). Enough for 12-16 servings. We first prepare these as boneless, skinless breasts - you get 100% meat. Next we brine overnight in savory, slightly sweet brine with spices, herbs & fruit.  Then we put it in the smoker until golden, and finally, we wrap the breast with butter and put it back in the smoker to finish.  The results are outstanding!  No bones. No soft, mushy or acrid skin. Only great turkey meat! Our turkey fans rave about the flavor and moisture.  This is a smoked turkey 1/2 breast.  Not whole bird or whole breast.
