For as few as 18 & up to 100+, we offer a simple process for catered events 

You select the meats, sides, number of people and whether you want it packed buffet style or packaged per person.  You can pick it up or we can deliver for a small adder.

We'll provide custom smoked, made-to-order, meats and sides, ready at the time of your choice.
