Welcome to Summer 2023! 

for Summer 2023, our open days/hours are:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11AM to 3PM*. plus evening hours Friday & Saturday from 5pm to 7:30PM*  * (unless sold out prior)

Our Bowie TX address is "technically" located in Stoneburg TX, just 7 quick minutes N of Bowie on US81 & Crabtree St.

Compared to the food trailer we started out in over in Collin County, being in a building offers so much we can do with menu items, keeping a regular schedule and getting to know new customers and friends. Air conditioning & heat are pretty nice too!

We're putting all our energy into making great BarBQ and trimmings, including 5 BarBQs' all wood smoked briskets, our Texas Pepper belly (smoked pork belly coated in coarse black pepper), pork spare ribs, pulled pork, german style sausage, our exclusive beef jalapeño cheddar along with sides like curly fries, beans, potato salad and cole slaw and some special desserts - all of which we know you'll love like of previous customers already do!
